Wholesale Customers & Orders            SAMPLE WHOLESALE AGREEMENT

Any retail organization may purchase from us under a wholesale agreement, and should provide

1) telephone number listed under the company name, 2) the company’s state of business registration, and 3) federal tax ID.  Orders are shipped if a business relationship has been established.  We accept business company checks or Use PayPal - it's FREE for buyers.  After an initial relationship has been established, Net 30 terms are available for approved wholesale accounts.

All wholesale orders should be at least a $250 minimum purchase before shipping, handling, and insurance charges. New customers, please contact us about exceptions to this policy. When you contact us for wholesale pricing, please be prepared to provide company information listed above.  


We ship our products by way of the U.S. Postal Service, and shipping & handling are not included in product pricing. Due to the nature of our mostly wholesale business, and given the inventory is in stock, it may take 2-3 days from receipt of your order until it ships, and a total of 10 days from order. If it is not in stock, it may take longer. We will notify you of any changes to the delivery schedule within 24 hours of receiving your greeting card order.

Unless you tell us differently, our shipping charges will include shipping insurance, and are based on the wholesale value. After your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail receipt. If the customer asks in advance of shipping the product, we will provide the package tracking information. NHGreetingCards.com will be happy to assist you in whatever reasonable way possible regarding claims for lost or damaged packages.

Retail Web Orders  

Due to the cost and time associated with preparing an order properly, we encourage a 10 artistic greeting card minimum purchase. This includes any combination of styles and artists, plus shipping, handling, and insurance charges. A 10 artistic card order with shipping, handling, and insurance is less than $50.00. For direct retail customers, NHGreetingCards.com prefers PayPal via e-mail or a personal check. If using a personal check, we will hold your shipment until the funds are approved. This may take as many as 5 days for an out-of-state check, and 3 days for in-state. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Shipping & Handling

Please use the table below for estimated shipping & insurance charges for the 48 contiguous United States by the U.S. Postal Service. Special or Priority Shipping can be arranged at your request and will be charged accordingly. Unless you tell us differently, shipping insurance will be added to all orders. Partial orders will bill to your credit card as each item is shipped. If possible, we may wait until we can ship a complete order. If you have special shipping needs, or must have a certain greeting card product right away, please make this very clear when you order.

Merchandise Exchanges & Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may exchange or return the merchandise for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Returns must be complete as shipped to you, and in new (unused) condition, and returned within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded in the same form as originally paid. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of our invoice and original payment information. Please indicate the reason for your return as this will help us improve our service to you. NHGreetingCards.com will be happy to assist you in whatever reasonable way possible regarding any claims for lost or damaged packages.
